Welcome to our New County Commissioner

We are delighted to share that Carole Davies is our new county commissioner.

Carole is has been Basildon division commissioner for the last 6 years and has been in Guiding for over 61 years.

During her 50+ years of Guiding Carole has held numerous district, division and county roles and for the last 10 years has been county Queen’s Guide Award Adviser, a role she “absolutely loves”.

Carole has organised and run many residential events, mainly for Guides and Rangers, and has been involved in the last 6 Essex International Jamborees in some form or another.
